What are the payment terms?
Typically: initial payment at project start, milestone payments during development, and final payment at launch. Everything is defined upfront and customized per client.
Is there support after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance packages that include monitoring, security patches, performance improvements, updates and a quarterly upgrade plan. We don't disappear after launch.
